We’ll create detailed development planning documents with an estimated budget cost for completing the project. This includes obtaining price quotations from our partnering engineers, surveyors, and preferred contractors.

3) Coordinate Construction Site

We’ll coordinate the various parties on the construction site throughout a technical monitoring process. We aim to establish a flawless design and build service for our clients.
